Maintenance and storage of rubber scraper
1) When storing, the rubber scraper should be placed flat and not rolled into rolls.
2) After opening the entire roll of scraper, it should be left for 24 hours to allow the scraper to stretch flat before use.
3) When storing rubber scrapers without removing the handle, the scraper should be facing upwards and should not come into contact with any objects.
4) The temperature for storing rubber scrapers should be in a dry environment between 200C and 250C, away from ink, as rubber scrapers can absorb moisture and dissolve in the air
Agent.
5) Rubber scrapers or handles with ink cannot be stored overnight.
6) Do not soak the rubber scraper in solvents for a long time. Although some rubber scrapers can withstand multiple solvents, prolonged soaking can temporarily damage the rubber scraper
Deformation and loss of elasticity.
7) Rinse the scraper immediately after use to avoid ink drying on the scraper. There should be no ink residue on the cleaned rubber scraper handle and scraper strip
Otherwise, there will be imprints when the rubber scraper is used for the next printing.
8) Clean the scraper with a soft cloth, following the direction of the scraper, otherwise reverse cleaning will damage the printing edge of the scraper.
